You must be at least 18 years old to register and use don555. Creating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use your account is a serious violation and will result in immediate permanent closure.
Each player is permitted a single don555 account. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, mobile number, payment method, or device — will be closed. Balances and bonuses in duplicate accounts may be voided.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and don555 ("we," "us," "the Platform," "don555"). By accessing don555.biz, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager on any game offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all products on don555 — sports betting, casino games, poker, card games, PSL betting, and all promotions. Where a specific product has additional rules, those are stated in the relevant section of the platform.
To register and use don555 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:
don555 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, all bets placed and all winnings accumulated by that account will be voided and any deposited funds will be returned without interest. Any bonus funds credited to an ineligible account will be forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one active account on don555. Opening multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or at different points in time — constitutes a violation of these Terms. don555 uses technical and manual processes to identify duplicate accounts, including matching mobile numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, and identity documents.
When registering on don555 you are required to provide a valid Pakistani mobile number and create a secure password. You may be required to provide additional personal information for the purposes of account verification, including your full legal name, date of birth, and national identity card number.
don555 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals above specified amounts are processed:
Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal holds until verification is complete. don555 does not use KYC as a delay tactic — it is a legal and security requirement applied consistently across all player accounts.
All don555 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no option to operate a don555 account in any other currency. All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and bonus amounts are in PKR.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your don555 account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. don555 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify don555 support immediately at support@don555.biz. don555 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account during investigation. don555 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain appropriate security of your credentials.
Any bets placed, withdrawals made, or other account activity carried out under your credentials — whether by you or by someone you shared your credentials with — are your responsibility. don555 cannot reverse settled bets or confirmed withdrawals on the grounds of shared credentials.

don555 does not accept deposits from payment methods not listed above. Deposits made from unrecognised or third-party payment sources may be held pending investigation. Don555 reserves the right to return deposits made from ineligible sources and to close accounts where payment method fraud is suspected.
By depositing funds, you confirm that the payment method belongs to you personally and that you are not using funds obtained through illegal activity. don555 is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet operator in connection with deposits.
don555 processes withdrawals exclusively to payment methods registered to the same account holder. You cannot withdraw to a different person's account, mobile number, or bank account. Withdrawals must be to the same or equivalent method as the deposit where technically possible.
Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. don555 processes withdrawals seven days a week including weekends and public holidays.
The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal is processed:

All bonuses and promotional offers available at don555 are subject to the specific Terms and Conditions of each promotion in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that promotion only.
The don555 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rs 5,000 bonus, you must wager a total of Rs 50,000 across qualifying games before the bonus balance is withdrawable. The welcome bonus expires 30 days from the date it is credited.
don555 monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus credits and associated winnings where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using strategies designed to produce near-zero variance outcomes with bonus funds, or manipulating game play to complete wagering requirements in a way that was not the intent of the promotion.
don555 sports betting operates under the following general rules. Sport-specific rules for cricket, football, PSL, and other markets are available in the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms.
All bets placed on don555 are subject to acceptance by the platform. don555 reserves the right to decline or limit bets at its discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed maximum stake limits, bets placed on events where there is a technical error in the odds, or bets placed after the relevant event has started (unless in-play betting is explicitly offered for that market).
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances:
don555 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on individual bets and accumulators. Maximum single-bet payouts are displayed at the time of bet placement. don555 will not be liable for system errors that display incorrect maximum payout amounts — the correct maximum at settlement is the figure published in the platform rules at the time the bet was placed.
In-play (live) betting at don555 allows bets to be placed on events in progress. The suspension and re-opening of in-play markets during an event is at don555's discretion. Bets placed during a brief suspension period due to a technical delay in odds updating may be voided if the outcome was already determined at the time the bet was placed.
All casino games available on don555 — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and game shows — are operated by certified third-party game providers. The rules governing each individual game are those of the game provider and are accessible within the game interface. don555 does not modify game rules or RTP values from those certified by the game provider.
All RNG-based games use certified random number generators independently verified by recognised testing agencies. Live dealer games use physical cards, wheels, and professional dealers, and the outcome is determined by physical processes — not software manipulation. don555 does not and cannot influence live game outcomes.
If a network disconnection occurs during a game round at don555, the game will complete using its internal logic and the result will be recorded when your connection is restored. If a disconnection prevents a game round from completing server-side, the stake will be returned to your balance. don555 is not responsible for disconnections resulting from your own network or device issues.
Progressive jackpot amounts displayed during gameplay at don555 reflect the value at the time of the game's last data update and may vary slightly from the actual jackpot at the moment of a win. In the event of a jackpot win on don555, the confirmed jackpot amount is that verified by the game provider at settlement — not the displayed figure at the time of the winning spin.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on don555 and will result in account closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
don555 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests and conduct investigations where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, the account will be suspended. Findings that confirm a violation may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
You may request closure of your don555 account at any time by contacting support at support@don555.biz. Before the account is closed, any real-money balance remaining will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to all applicable withdrawal conditions being met. Bonus balances are forfeited on voluntary account closure.
don555 may close or suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where don555 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is for reasons other than a breach, the real-money balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
An account is considered inactive after 12 months of no login activity. don555 will attempt to contact you at the registered email address before applying an inactivity fee. An inactivity fee of Rs 200 per calendar month will be deducted from any remaining account balance after 12 months of inactivity.
don555 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity and should not be pursued as a source of income or as a way to recover financial losses. Players who are self-excluded from don555 must not attempt to register a new account during their exclusion period. Doing so constitutes a violation of these Terms and the new account will be closed with the balance returned. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, don555's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the net amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. don555 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or distress.
don555 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from system downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or any other service interruption outside its reasonable control. don555 will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of an outage.
Gambling involves risk. Winning is not guaranteed. By using don555, you accept that you may lose funds. don555 provides the platform and games — it is your decision to participate, and you do so at your own risk.
don555 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, don555 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a notification displayed upon login. Non-material changes may be made without prior notice.
Continued use of don555 after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. Closing your account in this circumstance entitles you to a full withdrawal of your real-money balance without any penalty.
